Return Policy

At WMD | Precision, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every item is inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please review our return policy below before requesting a return or replacement.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect item.
  • Your product has a verified manufacturing or quality defect.

If your return request meets one of the above conditions, please contact us before returning any merchandise.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time before a shipping label has been purchased.

Once a shipping label has been created or purchased for your order, the order is considered to be in the shipping process and can no longer be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact WMD | Precision as soon as possible after placing your order. We will make every reasonable effort to process your request before your order enters the shipping process.

If an order cannot be canceled because a shipping label has already been purchased, the order will be shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy and will be subject to the terms of this Return Policy.

Product Compatibility

Many WMD | Precision products are designed for use with specific equipment, or accessories.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify product compatibility before placing an order. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your intended application, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing. We are happy to answer questions and help you select the correct product.

Products ordered that are incompatible due to incorrect product selection are not considered defective and are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by law, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products ordered in error.
  • Products that are incompatible due to incorrect product selection.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products that have been used, modified, or altered after delivery.
  • Products showing damage caused by misuse, improper installation, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
  • Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items (unless defective).

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact WMD | Precision with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and contact information
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the product and, if applicable, the packaging

Providing complete information helps us review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please do not return products without first receiving authorization from WMD | Precision.

Inspection & Approval

WMD | Precision reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund or replacement.

We may require the return of the incorrect or defective product before a replacement product or refund is issued.

If inspection determines that the product does not have a manufacturing defect or was damaged due to misuse, modification, improper installation, incorrect product selection, or other causes outside our control, the return request may be denied.

Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of:

  • A manufacturing defect; or
  • An error made by WMD | Precision.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Replacements

When a return is approved due to an incorrect shipment or verified manufacturing defect, WMD | Precision will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product with the correct item;
  • Replace the defective product with an equivalent product; or
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Note that replacement of a defective product is only allowed once per original purchase.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is the result of:

  • An incorrect item shipped by WMD | Precision; or
  • A verified manufacturing defect,

WMD | Precision will provide instructions regarding return shipping and, where applicable, cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Carrier Damage & Lost Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, WMD | Precision is not responsible for:

  • Shipping damage
  • Lost packages
  • Delivery delays
  • Stolen packages after delivery

Claims for shipping damage or lost shipments must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier.

Customers who wish to purchase additional shipping insurance should contact us before their order ships.
